Looking for a new way to explore the Intracoastal and experience South Florida’s amazing mangrove ecosystem? Wondering “What’s SUP?” This program will provide basic instruction and practice to help you get comfortable on a stand-up paddleboard. Beginners will enjoy gliding over the shallow waters of the Intracoastal while learning about the mangrove and estuary ecosystem and wildlife. Not ready to stand yet? No worries! SUP can be done in a seated or kneeling position as well. Paddlers must be comfortable being in water. Life jackets are provided and must be worn.
