author AMY WOODS about her new book, _Secret Palm Beach: A Guide to
the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure_. A Florida native and longtime Palm
Beach County journalist, Woods has spent more than 25 years covering
the people, places and stories of our area. Her latest book takes
readers beyond the beaches and mansions to uncover Palm Beach
County’s hidden history, unusual landmarks, colorful characters and
surprising stories—even longtime residents may not know.
Come hear some of the stories behind the book and discover a side of
