SEArenity Flow

Find calm, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the ocean. Join Samskara Yoga for a gentle flow inside the inspiring setting of Mote SEA.

This all-levels yoga class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation while reflecting on our connection to the ocean and the living world it supports. As you move through the practice, we’ll explore themes of balance, resilience, and stewardship—values that echo Mote’s mission of marine science education and ocean conservation.
